Full refund with 14+ days’ notice, minus £25 admin. 50% refund with 7–13 days. No refund under 7 days. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@buffbutlersinsurrey.co.uk.

Rescheduling

In the rare event we need to cancel your session, you receive a full refund of all monies paid, with the option to rebook at the same price. We will notify you as soon as possible and take full responsibility for finding an alternative if one is available.
