A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 14 days of the event date.
If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled session, your deposit can be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event date will forfeit the deposit. If the full balance has already been paid, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion depending on costs already incurred.
Rescheduling
We will always try to accommodate rescheduling requests with reasonable notice. Please contact us as soon as possible if your date changes.
In the rare event that we need to cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to rebook at no additional cost.
