Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. They cover scheduling, host allocation, and preparation for your date.

Cancellations more than 14 days before the event — any balance paid beyond the deposit is refunded in full, or the booking can transfer to an alternative date subject to availability.

Cancellations within 14 days — balance refunds are not guaranteed. Where we can rebook the slot, we will consider a partial refund or date transfer.

Cancellations within 48 hours — payments are not refunded. In exceptional circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling.

If we cancel — you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at no additional cost.
